Icon Consultants was started in 2005 by Directors Craig Sennett and Dan Taylor. Both of them had enjoyed very successful individual recruitment careers with over 25 years’ experience between them and had seen both the good and the bad that the industry has to offer. With this in mind, they developed a concept of a recruitment company that not only offers an exceptionally high quality service to both clients and candidates but also values and respects its staff.
Since then, Icon has grown organically and established itself as a major player in the industry, delivering high quality recruitment services to both UK and international business from our Ipswich based Head Office.
Our tried and tested methods to attract and retain experienced consultants provide us with a stable and solid staff base providing our clients with security that there is continuity of expertise and that our knowledge base is continually expanding.
Icon has embraced modern technology to assist us but still maintains many key traditional values to ensure our service is well received. Although we retain a strong focus in London, modern technology has allowed us to work both across the UK and internationally. We have successfully placed candidates as far afield as North America, Spain, France, Germany, Sweden, Dubai, South Africa and Russia.
As a business we take our corporate and social responsibilities seriously and we have supported a number of charities including The Foresters Fund for Children which helps underprivileged children by providing sporting and activities for the community. Icon Consultants is also active in supporting the local economy and local business.
