One reason for our success is our internal and external operations staff. A recruitment business should not be turning over new staff every few months as continued changes can unsettle its employees, clients and also the candidates they are working with. This is why, we focus on our consultants’ long term development and we worked hard to create a positive working environment. We have a first class, commission plan for our staff which is the same for all staff irrespective of levels. Consultants can work contract/temporary and permanent roles at the same time (experience permitting) and we encourage people to learn how to effectively do both whilst cross training into other service sectors.  In addition, we offer 28 days paid leave + Bank Holidays, strong basic salaries and a promotion structure enabling the right people to move into senior roles within the business.
