Managed Agency / Master Vendor Agreements
Icon Consultants understand the pressures placed upon Hiring Managers and Human Resource departments. In many cases a Managed Agency / Master Vendor Agreement can work effectively by appointing one agency as the sole contact to the client. Icon Consultants would liaise with all other existing agencies and then manage the process to ensure the same high level of candidates are submitted. This keeps the level of contact and questions are channelled through one central source to deliver a tried and tested structure that will benefit all parties.
