For specific or rare skill sets we will actively go into the market place and source these candidates using our own contacts within the industry and implement leading edge recruitment methods.

Flexible Staffing Solutions

Icon Consultants, in addition to dealing with permanent positions, are happy to offer services for projects or short to medium term work that may not justify a permanent headcount. In this instance we are happy to work with clients and recruit a suitable contractor or temporary employee who will run through Icon Consultants Ltd.

Campaign Management

For large or complex recruitment drives Icon Consultants are happy to offer a structured and agreed costing which will include all advertising needed to ensure the right staff are attracted and retained.

Managed Agency / Master Vendor Agreements

Icon Consultants understand the pressures placed upon Hiring Managers and Human Resource departments. In many cases a Managed Agency / Master Vendor Agreement can work effectively by appointing one agency as the sole contact to the client. Icon Consultants would liaise with all other existing agencies and then manage the process to ensure the same high level of candidates are submitted. This keeps the level of contact and questions are channelled through one central source to deliver a tried and tested structure that will benefit all parties.
